Recognized for their leadership in the digital cookbook space, Publications International, Ltd. has transformed how everyday cooks approach making nightly dinners with apps for the iPhone(R), iPad(R), Android(R) and Windows 8.

This year, representatives from Publications International, Ltd. will be on hand to showcase a number of new additions to the iCookbook(TM) family including CROCK-POT(TM) Recipes, the cookbook app dedicated to recipes for the original #1 brand of slow cookers; iCookbook(TM) Diabetic, designed to make eating well and living well easier for anyone with diabetes or pre-diabetes; and Butterball(R) Cookbook Plus, featuring hundreds of mouth-watering recipes for main dishes, salads, and sides that feature Butterball(R) turkey or turkey products as their main ingredient. In addition, Publications International, Ltd. will also highlight the latest edition of iCookbook(TM) for Windows 8 with a drawing and a chance to win a free ASUS VivoTab from Microsoft.

On Monday, March 4th Publications International, Ltd. also welcomes Chef Tom to the Cooking Theater for a live demonstration and tasting of recipes from the new CROCK-POT(TM) Recipes app. Demonstrations begin at 4:45 p.m. with CROCK-POT’S(TM) signature Caponata, before moving on to the Sweet & Sour Chicken, Peppered Risotto and finally a tasting of the Steamed Pumpkin Cake.

The 2013 International Home + Housewares Show opens at 10 a.m. Saturday, March 2 and closes at 3 p.m. on Tuesday, March 5.
