Toronto, Canada – XMG Studio is launching an update to Cannon Cadets, their latest iDevice game, that is sure to please mobile gaming enthusiasts. There is an all-too-common scenario where a player races through the levels to finish the game, only to be left feeling as though they wanted more. This is no longer an issue with the newly introduced Cannon Cadets Level Builder which will both unleash the players’ creativity and expand their game-play infinitely.

“There are some great physics launching games in the market, and we believe Cannon Cadets will earn its position alongside the best,” said Ray Sharma, CEO of XMG Studio. “We knew to stand out we would need to bring players something new, something that would really revolutionize the game-play experience, and we’re happy to say that we have done that with this latest update to Cannon Cadets.”

The easy-to-use Level Builder will let users flex their creativity and build their own dream levels. Using the same tools that the game’s designers did, users can create levels as simple or complex as they like. Once built, levels can be played immediately or shared with others in the game’s new Cannon Cadets Academy, a community built directly into the game. Even if users don’t want to build levels themselves, they can download and play user-created levels anytime they like.

In addition to the Level Builder, XMG listened to the feedback from users to improve the game-play experience even more. A new ranking system has been added that will challenge players to beat their own scores. There is also a completely revamped soundtrack with new and improved sound effects. Finally, the game’s already stunning graphics have been optimized for Retina Display.

The XMG team is very excited to see amazing levels created with the new level builder. Cannon Cadets version 2.0 is available in the iTunes app store for only $0.99 and is a free update to all players using a previous version of the game. Cannon Cadets HD is expected to be released in October.
