Insanity?
Memory is like Apple a common word.
Apple sues others for using their trademarks, but claims to be vicim of the same practices?
I find it just nicely refreshing to see Apple been confronted to legal issues(yet rather gently, Ravensburger did not start upfront with a preliminary injunction like Apple uses to do), they are using massively against others.
The law is the law. If YouTube is able to restrict content by country, iTunes must do the same. Apple is legally responsible for any infringment of IP on the online stores they run. Period. Like anybody else.
